Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Innovation Management with 10+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized innovations (portfolio required)
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (quantum, bio-AI, decentralized systems)
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurist journals or major industry publications
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and planetary boundaries frameworks
- Fluency in futures modeling tools (STEEP, Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Experience leading distributed innovation teams across 3+ continents
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on multi-billion dollar market shifts
