Responsibilities

- Partner with product teams to translate foresight into actionable R&D initiatives
- Present strategic briefings to investors and executive stakeholders
- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Social Sciences
- Deep expertise in at least two future-critical domains (AI, biotech, energy, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
