Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal evolution to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite executives and product development teams
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for 2026+ market disruptions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-forward solutions
- Author thought leadership reports and present at global innovation forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build cross-functional innovation networks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) strongly preferred
