Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory landscapes, and behavioral shifts to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients in AI, biotech, and clean energy sectors
- Lead innovation workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into strategic priorities
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on future-of-work transformations
- Manage a portfolio of emerging technology pilots (Web3, quantum, AGI applications)
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2026 societal challenges
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech research roles
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis or future studies (portfolio required)
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related technical field
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, backcasting)
- Experience advising executive teams on long-term technology adoption strategies
- Strong presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
