Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Present strategic foresight reports to executive leadership and board members
- Design scenario-planning models for systemic risk mitigation
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry pioneers
- Drive the integration of emerging technologies into core business strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology forecasting
- Published thought leadership in top-tier industry journals
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
