- Develop and maintain the 2026 Innovation Framework with quarterly horizon scans
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing products and services
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive leadership and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Author thought leadership content published in industry journals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, product development, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting market trends with 80%+ accuracy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend analysis
- Experience with AI/ML, biotech, or quantum computing domains
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Portfolio published in Harvard Business Review or equivalent
