Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, quantum computing, climate tech) to forecast 2026 industry disruptions
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligning with 10-year corporate vision

- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Publish thought leadership on future-of-work paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurism
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (Web3, biotech, AR/VR)
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Published work in industry journals or major media outlets
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
