Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 technology foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions (quantum AI, neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Produce strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption, including ethical frameworks and risk mitigation strategies
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with business objectives and market expansion
- Establish industry thought leadership through whitepapers, keynotes, and patent development
- Mentor futurist associates while fostering a culture of radical curiosity and experimental thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of commercializing future-focused technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis) and scenario planning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (blockchain, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to translate complexity into compelling narratives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published work in peer-reviewed innovation journals or major tech publications
