Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year innovation roadmaps aligning with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Partner with C-suite to integrate futurist insights into corporate strategy
- Lead scenario planning for disruptive technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Develop patent portfolios for proprietary 2026 technology solutions
- Host quarterly Future Vision Summits with industry stakeholders
- Drive adoption of circular economy principles in product lifecycles
- Lead cross-continental innovation teams across 3 R&D hubs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership on AI governance or climate tech disruption
- Proven track record launching products with 7-figure+ ARR
- Expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate modeling
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ innovators
- Patent portfolio with minimum 5 granted innovations
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
