- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and human-machine interfaces
- Develop and publish annual 'State of the Future' reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Architect innovation pipelines and prototyping frameworks for 2026+ market opportunities
- Facilitate executive workshops on exponential technology adoption and disruption scenarios
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
- Translate foresight insights into product development roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Mentor junior innovation strategists and establish departmental foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating emerging trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and disruption analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related technical field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis tools and quantitative foresight methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences and Fortune 500 clients
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar institution)
