Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Foresight Framework using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Produce quarterly horizon scanning reports identifying disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into product roadmaps
- Build predictive models for adoption timelines of emerging technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Advise executive leadership on long-term strategic positioning and risk mitigation
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs for trend validation
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, market research, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario development methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, biotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization expertise (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in foresight or technology strategy
- Experience advising C-level executives on long-term strategic decisions
