Responsibilities

- Present findings through compelling executive briefings and interactive workshops
- Build and maintain a global network of domain experts and innovation partners
- Author thought leadership publications on future-shaping forces
- Mentor junior analysts in advanced foresight techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and predictive modeling methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Published research on future-of-work or societal transformation
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Experience with cross-cultural trend analysis in global markets
