Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (technological, social, environmental) to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop and communicate strategic foresight frameworks to executive leadership
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Identify disruptive technologies and evaluate their market impact
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Produce actionable insights through white papers, presentations, and trend reports
- Mentor junior futurists and drive innovation culture across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or scenario planning projects
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Experience working in cross-cultural, global environments
