Responsibilities
- Develop and publish quarterly horizon-scanning reports on disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating post-2025 market volatility
- Lead interdisciplinary workshops to identify convergence points between quantum computing and neurotechnology
- Produce immersive foresight tools (VR simulations, interactive dashboards) for strategic decision-making
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University to access cutting-edge research
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining thought leadership through keynote speaking and white papers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 7+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes (portfolio required)
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and technology adoption curves
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and ethical implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for executive audiences
- Proficiency in foresight software (e.g., Foresight Platform, Gartner Pulse) and data visualization tools
- Published work in peer-reviewed futures journals or industry thought leadership platforms
