- Produce high-impact scenario planning reports for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Present visionary insights to global stakeholders and industry conferences
- Mentor junior futurists and build future-focused organizational capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating trends into business strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from futuristschool.com) preferred
