Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends to develop actionable 2026 strategic frameworks

- Build and mentor a world-class futurism research team

Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating future insights into executable business strategies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend platforms
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published author or keynote speaker on future topics
