Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and predictive models for C-suite stakeholders
- Design and deploy scenario-planning tools for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Establish global networks of futurists and academic researchers to validate hypotheses
- Translate foresight outputs into product development and investment priorities
- Mentor junior strategists in advanced foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused insights in peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies' socioeconomic implications
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences and international forums
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of foresight outputs
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/CFP) strongly preferred
