Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis

- Produce high-impact white papers and thought leadership on disruptive technologies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to validate emerging tech opportunities against future market needs
- Establish KPIs to track the adoption rate of 2026 strategic initiatives
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal innovation culture

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist or tech journals
