Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year foresight frameworks targeting 2026 market disruptions
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive teams across Fortune 500 clients
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic implications
- Author high-impact trend reports published in industry-leading journals
- Manage cross-functional teams of futurists, data scientists, and domain experts
- Design and implement horizon-scanning methodologies using proprietary AI tools
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite stakeholders and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of influencing C-level strategy with trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in futurist frameworks (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
