As the 2026 Vision Lead, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify emerging paradigms, validate market opportunities, and drive disruptive initiatives. Your insights will directly shape our product development, investment strategy, and market positioning in the next generation of technological evolution.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight framework, scanning global trends across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and spatial computing
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia to accelerate 2026-ready solutions
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and board members, securing buy-in for multi-year transformation initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations positioning Horizon Labs as the 2026 innovation authority
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation strategists, fostering a culture of anticipatory thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year future-focused strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, neurotech, or climate-tech
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts to diverse audiences
- Published author or frequent speaker at global tech conferences (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or relevant technical field
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams across APAC, EMEA, and Americas markets
