Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Foresight Framework using horizon scanning, scenario modeling, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and evaluate disruptive technologies with 2026-2030 impact potential
- Produce quarterly foresight reports and whitepapers for executive stakeholders and industry partners
- Design and implement early-warning systems for emerging risks and opportunities in global markets
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate foresight findings into R&D roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities across the organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning methodologies, and systems modeling
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism, technology ethics, or strategic foresight
- Experience leading high-impact foresight initiatives with measurable organizational outcomes
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Thinking (preferred)
