- Design strategic roadmaps for R&D investments in next-gen innovation
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with engineering, product, and policy teams
- Author white papers and thought leadership on future-of-work transformations
- Advise board members on long-term technological risk mitigation
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published research on technological disruption or societal impact
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented initiatives
- Strong understanding of ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
