As our 2026 Vision Lead, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and global thought leaders to identify paradigm shifts, predict market disruptions, and position InnovateX as the architect of tomorrow's solutions. You'll spearhead initiatives that span quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI ethics, ensuring our innovations are both revolutionary and responsibly designed.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework, including horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable R&D priorities
- Produce quarterly 'Future State' reports for executive board and investor communications
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs for emerging tech validation
- Design ethical frameworks for next-generation AI and biotechnology implementations
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability team
- Represent InnovateX at global futurism conferences and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or advanced technology R&D
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercialized products
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related technical field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., ACIF or similar) preferred
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and predictive modeling tools
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling to diverse audiences
