Responsibilities

- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Produce annual '2026 Horizon Report' synthesizing insights from AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Mentor junior futurists and foster a culture of future-oriented thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term vision frameworks
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data modeling and trend analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
