Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with 2026 commercial viability
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 partners
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AGI
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University affiliates
- Produce trend reports featured in WIRED and Future of Work Journal
- Manage $5M innovation portfolio with 15% YoY growth targets
- Present at Davos, CES, and UN Innovation Forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Experience with Delphi methodology and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Portfolio of 2020-2025 trend predictions with 85%+ accuracy
- Fluency in foresight tools (STEEP-LE, causal layered analysis)
- Certification from Association of Professional Futurists
