Responsibilities
- Lead multi-disciplinary research initiatives to identify and validate disruptive technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating industry convergence and regulatory shifts
- Produce high-impact trend briefings and scenario-planning documents for executive decision-making
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with AI, robotics, and climate science specialists
- Present findings to global forums and publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
- Build and maintain an exclusive network of futurists, VCs, and academic pioneers
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or adjacent quantitative discipline
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting with proven C-suite impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate adaptation tech
- Published portfolio demonstrating trend prediction accuracy (min 85% validation rate)
- Advanced proficiency in scenario modeling tools (e.g., Kumu.io, Causal Mapping)
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Authorization to work in the US with global mobility for quarterly research expeditions
