- Deliver executive-level trend briefings and strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Establish cross-functional foresight working groups integrating insights from AI, biotech, and climate science
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global futurism forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AI governance
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Experience working with C-suite executives in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (portfolio required)
