Responsibilities
- Analyze macro-trends (AI, quantum computing, bio-economy) and their 2026+ commercial implications
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for industry disruption and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into strategic initiatives
- Author high-impact trend reports and predictive market analyses
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing into innovation pipelines
- Represent the company at global foresight forums and technology summits
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record of publishing trend analyses or disruption frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (blockchain, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data synthesis and predictive modeling skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term strategy
