Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 Project's strategic foresight framework using advanced AI modeling and predictive analytics
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging technology trends and societal paradigm shifts
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies for executive leadership
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, government bodies, and industry thought leaders
- Produce high-impact reports and visualizations to communicate future implications across the organization
- Mentor junior futurists and guide the development of next-generation strategic planning methodologies
- Drive innovation sprints focused on solving 2030+ challenges in sustainability, human augmentation, and digital sovereignty
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futures research with C-suite influence
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, AI Ethics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in AI-driven scenario planning, predictive modeling, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of developing enterprise-level transformation strategies with measurable impact
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with experience presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published author in futures research or innovation strategy (peer-reviewed journals or industry publications)
- Experience leading global teams and managing multi-million dollar innovation portfolios
