Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 10-year strategic foresight frameworks for quantum computing, biotechnology, and AI convergence
- Lead cross-functional 'Horizon Scanning' initiatives to identify disruptive market opportunities
- Produce high-impact scenario planning documents for C-suite executives and venture partners
- Represent 2026 Innovations at global forums (World Economic Forum, TED, etc.)
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers using proprietary predictive modeling tools
- Architect ethical frameworks for emerging technologies with UN and OECD working groups
- Drive innovation incubation programs with $50M annual R&D budget
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight journals (e.g., Futures, Technological Forecasting)
- Expertise in Delphi methodology, causal layered analysis, and agent-based modeling
- Portfolio of 3+ implemented strategic foresight projects valued at $10M+
- Proficiency in Python/R for predictive analytics and data visualization
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Security clearance for federal innovation projects (or ability to obtain)
