- Produce high-impact foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists to cultivate next-generation strategic thinking
- Present future outlooks to investors, boards, and key stakeholders quarterly
- Drive organizational culture shift towards adaptive innovation and long-term value creation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of translating future trends into $100M+ business initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, AR/VR)
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario-planning skills with advanced analytical tools
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
