Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic innovation framework, aligning with global sustainability and AI governance standards
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing, biotech convergence, and climate tech commercialization
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government labs, and emerging startups
- Present disruptive innovation roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Innovation Accelerator Program
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting 2026 technology landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 impact
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology expertise
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs, EU AI Act, and US innovation policy frameworks
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive/VC audiences
- Portfolio of successfully launched future-oriented initiatives
- Fluency in strategic foresight tools (scenario planning, Delphi method)
