Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026-2030 market evolution
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, government bodies, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership content and industry whitepapers on future scenarios
- Mentor a team of futurists and strategy analysts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-facing business models
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (AI, quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published author or keynote speaker at global innovation forums
- Experience leading high-impact teams in ambiguous environments
- Portfolio of successful strategic initiatives resulting in market transformation
