- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with research institutions, government bodies, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future opportunities through scenario modeling and risk assessment methodologies
- Mentor junior futurists while curating an innovation ecosystem across global offices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech experience
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts with documented impact on business outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and foresight software (Foresight Platform)
- Exceptional storytelling ability with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field required
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ innovation projects launched from foresight insights
