Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework, including trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D collaboration
- Present future-shaping insights to executive stakeholders and investor forums
- Curate the annual Horizon Report on emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
- Drive ethical technology governance frameworks for 2026+ deployments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate tech)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodology skills
- Exceptional communication with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology foresight
