Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Architect strategic roadmaps integrating emerging tech (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology) into enterprise ecosystems
- Collaborate with C-suite to develop future-proof business models and investment frameworks
- Present foresight insights to Fortune 500 executives through immersive scenario planning workshops
- Pioneer proprietary forecasting algorithms using proprietary data streams and predictive modeling
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures-thinking methodologies and innovation acceleration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech, climate tech)
- Proven track record translating futuristic concepts into commercialized products/services
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent technical field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Proficiency in futures forecasting tools (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling ability to communicate complex futures scenarios to diverse stakeholders
