Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, market disruptors, and societal trends through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for C-suite decision-making
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder sessions to align leadership on future-proof strategies
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations translating complex data into actionable insights
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market viability
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Integrate foresight into product roadmaps, investment decisions, and corporate innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and societal megatrends
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities with data visualization proficiency
- Experience publishing foresight research in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Portfolio demonstrating successful integration of foresight into business strategy
