Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and socioeconomic factors to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for enterprise-wide adoption of emerging technologies
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive leadership and board members
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof solutions
- Build and maintain an expert network of industry disruptors and academic pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on technology's societal impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years experience in corporate foresight, innovation strategy, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major media platforms
