Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning for 2026-2030
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for emerging tech adoption (AI ethics, biotech convergence, quantum computing)
- Present visionary roadmaps to Fortune 500 executives and UN Technology Forums
- Direct cross-functional innovation labs (robotics, climate tech, neurointerfaces)
- Author annual 'State of the Future' reports cited by MIT Technology Review
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent strategic foresight certification
- 10+ years experience in tech innovation with 5+ years in executive strategy roles
- Published peer-reviewed research on exponential technologies or paradigm shifts
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives ($10M+ scale)
- Expertise in SWOT-PESTEL-STEEER analysis frameworks
- Fluency in at least two strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Three Horizons)
- Speaking engagements at Davos, Web Summit, or equivalent global forums
