As our Innovation Lead, you'll work in our state-of-the-art Austin headquarters, leading initiatives that will redefine how businesses adapt to rapid technological evolution. You'll partner with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global thought leaders to develop frameworks for sustainable innovation in an era of unprecedented change.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive innovation strategy targeting 2026 market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-generation technologies
- Analyze emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify high-impact opportunities
- Design scalable innovation frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech accelerators
- Present innovation roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services post-2020
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning abilities
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism publications
- Experience with innovation frameworks (e.g., Double Diamond, Lean Startup)
