- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and startups focused on long-term innovation.
- Communicate complex strategic visions to diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the organization.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or R&D management within the tech sector.
- Proven track record of forecasting industry trends and translating them into actionable business strategies.
- Deep technical understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Quantum Computing, or advanced software architecture.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into clear strategic narratives.
- Experience in leading change management initiatives and managing large-scale project portfolios.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
