Qualifications
- 10+ years in software architecture with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing algorithms and post-quantum cryptography
- Proficiency in distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker, gRPC)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or demonstrated innovation portfolio
- Published research in AI ethics or decentralized systems (NeurIPS, IEEE journals)
- Experience leading teams in agile development of complex systems
- Deep knowledge of Web3 stack (Solidity, Rust, Polkadot)
