Responsibilities
- Define the Tech Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our 2026 technology stack, identifying emerging tech trends such as AGI and Quantum Integration.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable, and secure architectural frameworks for next-gen applications.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development projects, conducting feasibility studies and prototyping futuristic solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate high-level concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Talent Mentorship: Build and mentor a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML algorithms, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Innovation Mindset: Proven track record of innovating and implementing future-forward technologies in a production environment.
