As we approach the 2026 release cycle, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and production-grade engineering. You will work closely with product leaders to ensure our technical stack evolves in lockstep with market demands.
What you will do:
- Define and drive the technical strategy for our 2026 product roadmap.
- Design scalable, high-performance distributed systems capable of handling massive data throughput.
- Lead the architecture of our AI and machine learning pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Engineering to deliver innovative solutions.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and system reliability.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade software architectures.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern cloud-native frameworks.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.
- Conduct architectural reviews and technical risk assessments.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ensure system scalability and high availability across all environments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or system architecture.
- Strong background in distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices.
- Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go, and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is a plus.
