Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the technical roadmap for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, ensuring scalability and security against future quantum threats.
- Design and implement hybrid systems that integrate classical computing with emerging quantum computing frameworks.
- Oversee the development of autonomous AI agents capable of self-healing and complex decision-making in dynamic environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data standards for high-dimensional vector spaces.
- Conduct rigorous security audits to ensure 2026-era compliance and data sovereignty.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI or High-Performance Computing.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and their deployment in production environments.
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum cryptography protocols.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through digital transformation.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
