Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable, high-performance computing architectures specifically tailored for the demands of 2026.
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to define technical strategies that align with our five-year vision.
- Quantum Integration: Oversee the integration of emerging quantum algorithms into our existing cloud infrastructure.
- Neural Network Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize deep learning models for real-time, high-volume processing.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all future systems adhere to the highest global security standards and privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in leading high-stakes technical projects.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, and distributed systems. Experience with Quantum Computing libraries is a plus.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to think several steps ahead and translate complex future concepts into actionable technical plans.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving critical engineering challenges under pressure.
