Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using React and Node.js.
- Lead code reviews and establish coding standards for the engineering team.
- Architect microservices and ensure system reliability through rigorous testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Strong experience with React.js and backend technologies such as Node.js or Python.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for clean, maintainable code.
