Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, identifying and prioritizing emerging technologies (GenAI, Quantum, Spatial Computing) with high business impact.
- Establish and manage a Future Tech R&D Lab to prototype and validate cutting-edge solutions before full-scale deployment.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technological innovation with long-term business objectives and market expansion plans.
- Mentor and cultivate a high-performance team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists focused on visionary projects.
- Drive cross-functional innovation initiatives, fostering a culture of creativity and rapid prototyping.
- Conduct market analysis to assess competitive landscapes and emerging technological paradigms.
- Secure funding and resources for experimental projects through compelling technical storytelling and business cases.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a Director-level or equivalent strategic role.
- Proven track record of strategic foresight and successfully delivering long-term innovation roadmaps (e.g., 3-5 year outlooks).
- Expertise in emerging technologies, specifically Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performing engineering and product teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategic initiatives.
