Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and deploy robust machine learning pipelines and cloud infrastructure optimized for the high-throughput demands of 2026 technologies.
- Lead Innovation: Spearhead research initiatives for autonomous decision-making systems and predictive analytics models.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work closely with quantum physicists and software engineers to integrate cutting-edge hardware with advanced AI software.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously refine algorithms to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal latency in real-time data processing environments.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation within the Project 2026 team.
- Roadmap Execution: Execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product line, ensuring milestones are met with high precision and quality.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with next-gen cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Vertex AI, AWS SageMaker).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems in high-stakes environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
- Future-Ready: Demonstrated interest and experience in emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Edge Computing.
