Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance architectures for post-AI neural interfaces and quantum-enhanced systems.
- Lead a team of elite engineers in researching and deploying next-gen machine learning algorithms.
- Ensure system integrity, security, and ethical compliance in autonomous decision-making models.

Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in leading high-impact technical teams.
- Deep understanding of neural networks, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch), and quantum circuit design.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale systems in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, and cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
